Terms of Service

FeedLab is operated by Lync Systems ("FeedLab", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using FeedLab, including its website, dashboard, mobile apps, widgets, public feedback forms, test management tools, API, and MCP server (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API tokens confidential and for all activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and up to date, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Workspace owners and admins control who can join a workspace and what members can do. They are responsible for the people they invite and for removing access when it is no longer needed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Collect or submit sensitive personal data, such as passwords, payment card details, government IDs, or health information, through feedback, screenshots, or test content
• Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Send spam or automated submissions through widgets or public feedback forms
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service, or get around rate limits or access controls
• Access the Service in ways other than the interfaces and API we provide, or copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows
• Use the Service to test or collect feedback on software or websites you are not authorised to test

You keep ownership of the content you and your users submit or create in FeedLab, including feedback, screenshots, annotations, comments, and test cases, sessions, and results ("Your Content").

You grant FeedLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to submit it.

When you install the FeedLab widget or share a public feedback form, you decide what feedback is collected and FeedLab processes it on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Telling the people who send you feedback what is collected, including the technical details the widget sends automatically (such as page URL, browser, device, and IP address) and any screenshots, for example in your own privacy notice
• Getting any consent the law requires, and following the data protection laws that apply to you
• Not placing the widget or form where it is directed at children
• Where you share your public feedback link, since anyone with it can submit feedback

FeedLab is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of the websites and apps where you install the widget.

FeedLab helps you plan and record user acceptance testing. Test cases, sessions, and results are records of work your team does. They are not a guarantee, certification, or warranty that your software is free of defects, and FeedLab is not responsible for issues your testing does not catch.

API tokens let tools, including AI agents connected through our MCP server, access FeedLab as you. Anyone holding one of your tokens can see what you can see and create or change test cases in your projects.

• Keep tokens secret, and revoke any token that may have been exposed from Settings → API Tokens.
• You are responsible for everything done with your tokens, including by AI agents acting on your instructions.
• AI-generated test cases and other output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them.
• AI tools and their providers are third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and FeedLab is not responsible for how they process information or code they access.

We may limit API usage to protect the Service.

When you connect GitHub, add a webhook, or use another integration, you authorise FeedLab to send the relevant data to that service or endpoint. You are responsible for the endpoints you configure and for your use of third-party services under their own terms. FeedLab is not responsible for third-party services and does not guarantee delivery to external systems.

Some features require payment, such as credits and storage packs. Prices are shown before you buy, and payments are processed by our payment provider. You agree to pay all fees and any applicable taxes for what you purchase.

Recurring purchases, such as storage packs, continue until you cancel them. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires or we say otherwise at the time of purchase, fees and credits are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

Our mobile apps are also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded them from. These Terms are between you and FeedLab, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the apps or for providing support or maintenance for them.

FeedLab and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service as allowed here. If you send us suggestions about FeedLab, we may use them without obligation to you.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if your use could cause harm, legal exposure, or service disruption. Where practical, we will give you notice first.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content, in line with our Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those on content, payments, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. Features labelled beta or preview may change or be removed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service.

FeedLab's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid FeedLab in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify FeedLab against claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your collection of feedback from your users, your integrations and use of API tokens, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Malawi have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and give additional notice of significant changes, such as by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
