A clear overview of the controls and choices that help protect feedback and project access.

Account and project access

Team members sign in to access their workspace. Project membership and role checks control who can view or change feedback in the dashboard. Database access policies provide another layer of authorization for project data.

Feedback and screenshots

Feedback may contain text, technical context, and screenshots submitted by users. The screenshot editor lets a user review, draw on, or crop an image before attaching it. It does not automatically hide sensitive information. Screenshot files currently use shareable URLs, so do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive data in captures.

Data in transit

The hosted FeedLab service uses HTTPS for traffic between a browser and the service. No online service can promise absolute security; we continue to review and improve the application as it evolves.

Report a security concern

If you believe you've found a vulnerability, email developers@lyncsystems.tech with a description and steps to reproduce it. Please do not include other users' private data in your report.
